Central Slips Past Brewers

The Brewsers Redmen controlled the tempo, but the Central Yellow Jackets got the win at the Louisville Armory last evening.  A game of contrasting styles made for a tense struggle to the final buzzer.  Brewers, led by Coy Creason’s 16 and Barney Thweatt’s 13, were able to lead throughout before Central’s tenacious defense took its toll. Central sharpshooter Ron King led all scorers with 25 followed by Otto Petty with 18.
